MSE 299: Designing a Free Society

This course engages students in a thought experiment - designing a free society from scratch. What is the minimum legal framework for a free society? Participants debate on various themes ranging from police to abortion rights and participate with Prof. Ronald Howard in a socratic dialogue on free society.
